Tax Disputes
A tax dispute arises whenever you, as a taxpayer, do not share the same view as the competent tax authority regarding a tax matter.
Before such a dispute can or must be decided in court proceedings, the legislator provides for a so-called extrajudicial legal remedy procedure in the form of the objection procedure. This extrajudicial procedure is initiated by filing an objection and concludes with an objection decision by the competent tax authority.
Should the tax authority’s objection decision not be satisfactory to you, you then have recourse to the tax court. In this case, we will file a lawsuit before the competent tax court on your behalf and thus bring the dispute to a judicial decision.
